effective way of distributing and managing your company's
email policy.

acceptance of your company’s email policy.
Your initial policy
is distributed to all staff via an email. Acceptance of
this policy is achieved by verifying their username and
password, then digitally signing the policy. Enforcement
can be applied at the myMessageStream login so users must
read and accept the policy before access is permitted.

policy in full for each user, along with time-stamp and
