If
you have a single installation mailserver on your corporate
network, you need MessageStream.
MessageStream
quietly works in the space between your broadband
ISP and your network. It’s here where
MessageStream cleans, archives and monitors
your company’s email.
In an
instant, email then is routed onwards to your
corporate mailserver. This mailserver might
be Microsoft’s Exchange Server or Small
Businesses Server, or perhaps iMail or Lotus
Notes.
MessageStream
also can send your email to a hosted email
service – a POP3 service, for instance.
Because you don’t
need to install any software on your local network and
all the hard work is done away from your network, MessageStream
is platform independent, meaning it’s very flexible
and can be used in most businesses.
Typical mailservers
that are used with MessageStream:
Microsoft Exchange
Server
Microsoft Small
Business Server
Ipswitch iMail
IBM Lotus Notes
Merek Mail Server
SmarterTools
SmarterMail
Mail Enable
Hosted Ensim
plus most other SMTP
mailservers and POP3 mail services.
Archive
internal emails with Exchange or Small Business Server
If you use Microsoft’s
Exchange or Small Business Service, you can choose to have
your internal emails archived by MessageStream too. This
means that emails sent to and from your employees within
your corporate network will be included within MessageStream’s
archives, providing a complete source of archived emails.
MessageStream
is a live, online email security system, vitally important
to your business if you have a stand-alone mailserver
on your company network.
